A few haiku for you

But first, don’t forget to listen up to the latest Parky Conversation podcast: Emma Stubbs Keeps Her Sense of Humor. And the ones you missed are pretty great, too.

Woke today pain free
I think i’ll go for a walk
Now legs hurt! Betrayed!

Hand tremor. Spilled pills
All over floor. Keep from dog
Forgot. Don’t have dog.

Need distraction. Have
Lifetime stock coconut milk
Soup season begins!

Time to spruce up home
New curtains? Paint walls? Move table?
Inspiration, come!

Parkinson’s Disease
Good theme for Haiku? If it
Makes me smile, bring it!

Hi Andi I have been listening to all your podcasts. They give me so much information I knew nothing about. I’ve had Parky for three years and my friend Freeda Ziegler sent me your podcasts and I’ve been hooked since. I have to say I’ve become apathetic about doing excercise and walking which is difficult for me. I use to take carbadopa but stopped taking it cause it made me sick. After your podcast it inspired me to excercise and look into dancing and singing. I listened to the Emma Stubbs one you did and listened to her. On that podcast you wrote something and I sent you a long comment about my beginning journey. I don’t know if you received it. Anyway I just wanted you to know you motivated me to not ignore my illness. Thanks. Laura P.S. I would like to know your thoughts on different medications and what they do they do for symptoms. Right now my only symptom is my left hand has a small tremor. That’s why I stopped. Thanks for listening. 💕
